    Ok im here!!!

    I've been all over the place the last little bit. Lots of stresses in my life, outside of my guys of course. My hubby, son and I are doing fabulous!!
    So, I have been sticking to my limits and I have been doing great. I am down 5.5 lbs since I started. Im very happy about that. I am using our stationary bike and walking with Zakk and it feels great.
    Thanks for all your supportive comments. I love having the support. It definitly helps.

    First Entry

    Well, I signed up for Weight Watchers online on the 4th. Its easier to do on the computer because finding a sitter while I go to the meetings just wouldn't happen.
     
    It's going good so far. I blew it yesterday though. I didn't realize how many points pizza was until after it was already in my belly and I was 9 over for the day. I'm trying to compensate today, so far I still have 14 points left to eat today and I've already had my lunch so we are doing good. I just know to stay away from the pizza now.
     
    I have been trying to get this weight off since my son was born and I havne't had much success. I have managed to drop about 20 lbs over the last year, but I really want my figure I had when my husband and I first got together.
     
    I have found out that my ideal weight is between 120 and 144. So, I am aiming for 137! So, I have 73 lbs to go! But I did make my 10% rate which is a lot closer and only 179lbs as my first goal. I hope to reach that by they end of january. (cross your fingers for sooner)
     
    I have a stationary bike, and I walk to work, so hopefully that will get my excersise up.
     
    I have to run, but ill try to post a couple times a week if not more.
